The Krypton 6 is the smallest floor standing speaker of the KRYPTON range. Discreet by it’s silhouette, it is nevertheless formidable by its sound qualities. This 3-way column is ideal for rooms from 15 to 30m². The technical team of Davis Acoustics has worked on each of the transducers to bring transparency and veracity to the sound message. Thus, the tweeter, specially designed for the range, is composed of a rear chamber to capture the rear waves of the dome and reduce its distortion, the midrange speaker is made of a 7th generation Kevlar cone that ensures incredible precision and detail.

Fast and punchy bass
Finally, the unique 13 cm woofer provides a fast and punchy bass. It is mounted in a good volume that opens into a laminar port on the front panel, which makes it easy to position in the listening room. Available in 3 trendy finishes, the Krypton 6 is proposed with a magnetic cover equipped with a heathered fabric of the most beautiful effect. The Krypton 6 can be easily positioned by adding a included stand that tilts the speaker slightly backwards. Finally the loudspeakers are equipped with a dense foam that prevents scratches on your floor, however spikes are provided for reverberant rooms.
A SLIGHT TILT TO ALIGN THE SOUND
Each column in the KRYPTON series rests on a solid base that tilts the speaker slightly backwards. In addition to a particularly successful aesthetic effect, this angle makes it possible to align the coils of the tweeter and the midrange in the vertical axis. This alignment ensures ideal phasing of these two transducers. Listening, you have the impression of hearing only one emissive source. The perfect cohesion of this bandwidth is essential to obtain quality sound.

To leave a space of at least 30 cm with the rear and side walls, and to orient them slightly towards the listening area to obtain a good spatialization of the sound and a three-dimensional effect. The quality of the transducers used and the optimized design of the crossover filter allow for long listening to music without hearing fatigue.
